By accessing or using SkillTech services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the platform.
Courses & content
Course availability, format (online, on-site, blended), and requirements are described on each offering. Content is for your personal or internal organizational learning unless a separate license says otherwise. You may not copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute course materials except as expressly allowed.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform or other users.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
- Use the services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Misrepresent identity or affiliations.
Fees & payment
Fees are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply. Failure to pay may result in loss of access. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific exam or employment outcomes. Third-party certifications are governed by their issuers.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillTech and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim (or, if none, fifty dollars), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may modify these Terms or the services. We will post updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
