Eligibility
Refunds may be considered when:

- You have not substantially consumed downloadable materials or completed most of a course, unless required otherwise by law.
- Technical failure on our side prevented access and we could not restore it within a reasonable time.
- A course was canceled by us and no suitable substitute was agreed.
How to request
Email info@skilsinl.com with your account email, order or receipt details, and reason for the request. We typically respond within several business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
Non-refundable items
The following are usually non-refundable unless law requires otherwise:
- Fees for exams or credentials charged directly by third-party certification bodies.
- Completed purchases after the stated refund period.
- Corporate or custom agreements governed by a separate contract.
Corporate & bulk
Enterprise and volume purchases may follow a master services agreement or order form. In that case, those documents control refunds and credits.
